The Cheesecake Factory is a popular American restaurant chain renowned for its vast menu, generous portions, and, of course, a diverse selection of cheesecakes. Founded in 1978 by David Overton in Beverly Hills, California, the restaurant aimed to highlight his mother Evelyn Overton’s famous cheesecake recipes. Since then, it has grown into an international chain with over 200 locations, including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Middle East, and Asia.
