EcoTerra Farm
Located on 200 pristine acres in Maplecrest, New York, EcoTERRA Farm is a hub for regenerative innovation. We exist to incubate and accelerate local, place-based solutions with the potential for global impact.
Rooted in permaculture principles and fueled by a deep commitment to Earth, EcoTERRA farm provides the environment, tools, technologies, and support systems to catalyze collaboration and bring visionary projects to life.
EcoTerra Domes
Five minutes down the road from the farm is our high tech double Deltec lodge. This property has the towns largest pools, a sauna, and hot tub. Its also home to our immersives which are a journey through innovation and birthing your ideas. Both properties have rooms to host our invite only gatherings and retreats.
Our vision is to evolve this land into a regenerative village and living laboratory—integrating biomimicry-inspired infrastructure, permaculture-based food systems, immersive educational programs, and intelligent technologies; a place where people can visit, learn, prototype, and experience regenerative living in action.

Innovation Lab
We cultivate spaces where ideas grow—from seed to solution. Through collaborative ideation, testing, and iteration, we support the development of concepts into tangible tools and technologies. Input from the community is woven into each phase to ensure relevance, resonance, and impact.
Incubator
Our workshops guide participants through business planning, storytelling, pitching, implementation, and reporting. With experience in the investment world, we’ve designed programs that can help bring your vision to market—and do so with integrity.
Lifestyle development
We believe regenerative work must also regenerate the people doing it. Our facilities integrate work and wellness—inviting balance through movement, meditation, and embodiment practices. This supports clarity in decision-making and nurtures creativity.
MAKERSPACE
A space for hands-on prototyping and innovation—equipped with 3D printers, hardware, whiteboards, large screens for collaboration and presentations, and a dedicated team to support your journey from concept to creation.
